Studies, professional experience:

The leading partner attorney of Heinzelmann Heinek & Nagy Law Firm, she graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 1987 with a law degree, and then in 1990 she passed the bar examination.

Prior to practicing law, Virág was involved in founding the first foreign insurance company, and in this regard she spent 4 months at Generali Versicherung AG in Vienna. After that, she headed the Hungarian representative office of Gothaer Versicherung AG and at the same time was the managing director of the first internationally established insurance brokerage company in Hungary, where she was especially involved in the development and international distribution of individual international product liability insurance. Virág participated in the founding of the Association of Independent Insurance Brokers in Hungary.

Virág founded the Heinzelmann Law Firm on January 1, 1993. Since then, in cooperation with international law firms, she has been involved in a few important M&A transactions, including advising multinational companies on outstanding “greenfield” investments and major privatizations in Hungary. As an insurance lawyer, she has significant professional experience in the legal representation of leading insurers, especially in the development of special liability insurance products. She is also often invited as an expert.

In 2011/2012, Virág graduated from the Faculty of Law in Vienna with a master's degree in European and international economic law.

In the course of her work, she gained significant experience in the development of corporate structures, in this context in the field of competition law, in particular merger control, as well as in the field of beneficial tax structures.

Virág speaks German at the native level and also works in English.

Studies, professional experience:

The partner of Heinzelmann, Heinek & Nagy Law Firm, graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the ELTE University in 2009. During his studies he spent a longer period of time in the Netherlands for study purposes. He studied European company law and comparative law at the Faculty of Law of Tilburg University in the Netherlands.

Ferenc founded Dr. Ferenc Minárik Law Office on 01 July 2013. Since then, he has been advising major groups of companies in the fields of M&A, corporate, capital markets and real estate development, and has been involved in several venture capital investment programmes, representing venture capitalists in several investments in start-up companies.

In recent years, he has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in a wide variety of business sectors, ranging from telecommunications, private healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and real estate development companies, to financial services, insurance intermediaries, IT development companies and major hotel holding companies.

In his work, he represents the most significant private investors in Hungarian business and his practice also includes tax planning for complex transactions.

Beyond this, he has considerable experience in complex real estate development, from residential and commercial properties to urban developments. He is also responsible for the full legal management of the first real estate development to be awarded the Hungarian rust belt classification.

In 2018, he won the Wolters Kluwer Real Estate Lawyer of the Year Award for a thesis he wrote on a type of transaction he developed himself.

His English language skills are native.

The third partner of our team graduated at the Faculty of Law of the University of Pécs in 2010. He enriched his studies by spending time at a university in Germany and then in a law firm.

He has been working as an attorney since 2014, and his regular responsibilities have included corporate and labour law matters for larger companies, debt management matters, setting up contractual structures and litigation. In the course of his work, he also gained significant experience in the development of data protection processes.

Together with Dr. Heinzelmann Virág, he also previously participated in the legal affairs of one of Netrisk's legal predecessors, Biztosítás.hu Kft., and its Austrian majority owner, GrECo Direct Holding GmbH. He speaks a native level of German.

The young associate of the team graduated at the Faculty of Law of the Eötvös Loránd University in 2016, and then obtained her bar examination in early 2021.

From 2017 for one and a half year she worked in the Copyright Department of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, participated in the drafting of EU copyright acts as a member of the Working Party on Intellectual Property of the Council of the European Union, and represented Hungary in the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva.

Since the autumn of 2018, she has gained experience as a junior associate in one of Hungary's leading law firms in the fields of corporate law, litigation, intellectual property and financial markets. She speaks English at native level.

Gergő graduated at Eötvös Lóránd University Faculty of Law in 2017. Prior to that he spent his internship at a law firm specialized in claims management. As a junior associate, Gergő joined Dr. Kelényi Law Firm, where the significant part of his tasks were related to corporate and real estate matters. Gergő later joined a major Hungarian law firm where he gained several years of experience in the field of banking and finance, especially project financing, loan workout and litigation. He obtained his bar examination in 2021 with excellent academic qualification. He speaks English at an advanced level.
